do you feel how exhausted you are? we all are? our society, our non-human companions, our ecosystems, the so-called natural resources?
might it be helpful to become aware of our numbing fatigue? how can we help each other being aware in a careful way? to dare feeling into our overwhelm before it turns into paralysis, and build community practices of support and solidarity.
maybe plant companions can guide us through exhausting times: my hands tingle from spending time with stinging nettles – they want to do something, to hold hands, space, grief. to serve tea, joy, truth, mistakes and miracles…
