Hunter – Biography

I became permeable

Air is intervention

It expands what is there and causes contractions when it leaves

                                     I must become patient

The hunter will not achieve anything in a hurry

The hunter must become one with the prey to

access what the prey can provide

Can the hunt become less violent or will one

always lose something to the other?

The hunter becomes one with her environment and blends

in to the surroundings

She is wary of the air

She is wary of her prey

                                                    her object

He is still unaware of the hunter

but soon he will smell her

Is she dangerous to him?

She will do everything in her power to

obtain from him what she is craving

In a privileged world she does not crave

his meat

She craves his understanding

Hunter will meet her object, her prey,

on the prey’s terms

She will invite him in

She will ask for his permission

She will search his eyes and perhaps

his skin

She will ask for his saliva to wash her hands

He will be penetrated by her presence

He will become permeable

They will smell each other in the room

They will breathe each other in

Hunter searches [seeks]

Her object is

Her prey is

Hunter is persistent

Hunter is patient

Hunter is present

     rest your head on

     my shoulder

 in my lap

     accept the caress of

     a tilted head

or a gentle hand

    allow me to listen

    to the flutterings of

    your heart of flesh

    in your ribcage

    until my arms soften

    around you

be still

    my deer
