The day after leaving the inhabitation

Im Reading the word self-rehabilitation this morning. And I light up. This is kind of the feeling im left with after the stay with Sistershope and other participants. Self-rehabilitation. I know the word rehabilitation so Well from my professionel worklife. To work with the mindset of rehabilitation.

It has been an inner journy  to go into inhabitation with Sistershop, a journy of letting go, looking into the eyes of a stranger for a minut or more, knowing that it is a necessity, beeing one body hold together by putting arms, legs, heads into t-shirts, knowing it is a necessity, like brushing teeths is a necessity, drinking water is a necessity while asking yourself a quistion starting with How, meditation on your poetic self is a necessity, finding a name for it, practice the numbersystem Air, infinity, life…etc is a necessity. Etc etc etc. and the Long walk to the hostel is hard, but a necessity, TO (here it comes )TO be able to return and go out in the world and practice The poetic self. For me to build a bridge from my inner poetic self to my professionel work as a care-taker. First self-rehabilitation then rehabilitation for and on the patient. Im thinking Can we end the morningconference with a song in a circle ? Its a small action with a Big inpact in the medical world.
