We are presenting in and as part of the international Artistic Research group connected to PSi (Performance Studies international) in Hamburg this June. The theme of this years PSi is Overflow and within the artictic reserach group we explore and unfold excess and abundance in artistic research. We will focus and present on sensuous and poetic learning and beyond. Much excited!
We extraordinarily released presale tickets for Sisters Academy #6 – The Boarding School at Den Frie. They sold out only hours after their release. Stay tuned for the regular ticket sale, which will launch at a later date.
We are invited to present our work at the upcoming conference at Dansehallerne. The theme is the role of dance and art in the school system, and the conference will consist of dialogues and laboratories facilitated by international and local researchers, artists and professionals from both the artistic and the educational sector. A publication on Sisters Academy is out. ‘Discoveries’ is a compilation of thoughts, reflections, writings, drawings, dreams and longings from students and staff at Sisters Academy 2015-2016 selected, framed and edited by Maja Skjøth Hegelund in dialogue with the artistic leadership of Sisters Hope. The publication takes its starting point in data from The Archive of Sisters Academy. See the publication here.

We are full on at Fremtidslinjen STU. Fremtidslinjen is a 3-year education for young people with special needs, also called a STU. The students on Fremtidslinjen are young people with general learning difficulties, ADHD and Autism. On top of that many of the students also have complicated diagnoses such as Borderline, OCD and schizophrenia. The purpose of a STU is to give the students general education and a skill enhancement…
We held an inspirational talk about our work and methods at the Danish upper secondary school Nyborg Gymnasium. To be continued…

We were invited to present our work and intention at the co-working space Studio Copenhagen. The talk was unfolded as a part of Studio Copenhagens so-called Kitchen Talks, where a number of informal talks are unfolded by pioneers within different fields.
